Terms

These terms govern the compute cost reviews, usage window briefings, allocation mappings, and recurring spend briefings offered by Compute Pulse Grid from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. By requesting a sitting or paying an invoice you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not send an invoice pack.

The practice

Compute Pulse Grid provides written readings of compute cost and usage for AI applications. We are not your accountant, auditor under the Companies Act, cloud reseller, or legal adviser. A findings memo is professional writing based on the pack you supply. It is not a certification of your accounts.

Acceptance and scope

A sitting starts when we confirm in writing that the pack is enough and you pay the commencement portion of the fee. The confirmation names the application, the billing account, the period, and the deliverable. Work outside that confirmation is a new sitting.

Your materials

You warrant that you may share the invoices, extracts, and sketches you send. You remain responsible for redacting secrets you do not want us to see. Do not send production credentials through the contact form.

Intellectual property

You keep the invoices and logs. We keep our working marks and templates. On full payment, you receive a licence to use the memo and tables inside your organisation, including sharing them with finance and with a vendor when you are querying a line. You may not resell the memo or present it as the work of another practice.

Confidentiality

We treat invoice packs as confidential. We delete them after the follow-up call unless a retainer requires us to keep the last period. We may describe a sitting in general terms on this site only with names and figures you have agreed, as on the client stories page.

Fees and taxes

Fees are quoted in Malaysian ringgit unless we agree otherwise. Applicable tax is added where the law requires. Commencement invoices are due before reading begins. The remainder is due on delivery of the memo or note. Late packs delay the calendar; they do not reduce the fee unless we agree in writing.

Liability

We are not liable for decisions you take after reading a memo, including cancelling reservations, changing vendors, or allocating costs to teams. Our liability for a sitting is limited to the fees you paid for that sitting, except in cases of fraud or other liability that Malaysian law does not allow us to limit. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost contracts or delayed launches.

Third parties

Vendors, resellers, and your own teams are outside our control. If a vendor file disagrees with an invoice, we will say which file we trusted. We do not guarantee that a vendor will accept our reading.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of Kuala Lumpur have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any non-excludable rights you may have as a consumer under Malaysian law.

Changes

We may update these terms for future sittings. The terms in force are those linked from the confirmation that started your current sitting.
