Starting figures, then a quote once we have seen the invoice pack
Compute cost and usage work does not fit a single card. A quiet application with clean tags is a different sitting from a shared endpoint with three untagged callers. The numbers below are floors, in ringgit, for work we already understand.
Usage window briefing
One period of up to thirty-one days. A ninety-minute session and a short note. If the window needs ninety days of context, we will say so and point you to a full review.

Cost allocation mapping
One shared resource and up to four calling teams. Interviews, a challenge session, a table, and a caveat note. Further teams are quoted.

Recurring spend briefing
Monthly or quarterly notes after a completed cost review. Three-month blocks. A late invoice slips the note; we do not invent a period from a partial bill.

What moves a quote
Missing usage extracts, more than one currency on the same application, a training run mixed into an inference bill, and teams who cannot be interviewed in the same fortnight all add time. We would rather name that at intake than pad a “standard” fee.
Travel inside Kuala Lumpur for an on-site sitting with a large pack is included in the floors above. Sittings outside the Klang Valley are quoted for travel days.
How payment works
Reviews and briefings are invoiced fifty percent to begin, remainder on delivery of the memo or note. Retainers are invoiced at the start of each three-month block. These pages are not a checkout. There is no subscription toggle and no software seat.
